If I should fail to make a satisfactory record in my post secondary work, change my course of objective from marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality and/or management, or willfully violate college regulations, I agree to surrender all rights of ownership to the unused portion of the scholarship. It is my understanding that if this application is accepted, and if I am granted a scholarship award from Colorado DECA, there is no interest on the funds received. I further understand that if I do not request the scholarship funds from Colorado DECA by January 1 of the following year, I forfeit the right to receive the scholarship funds.
